Indeed, I'd say we've avoided issues at Tech by having oracle/dba in
LDAP since we have many many machines and containers with Oracle
installed and many of those share NAS/SAN filesystems -- allows us to
avoid ownership issues.

The flip side to that is that oracle related accounts are really the
only service accounts we do this with since most other packages want to
"help" by creating the user for you.
