All,

The IPCC is the formal Climate Change report that comes out every few
years.  Regardless of your opinion of Global Warming, I assume
everyone on this list believes the process should be as open and
accessible as possible.  In that vein:

The UN has asked the InterAcademy Council to review IPCC procedures.
The committee has asked for public comment.  Based on CCC (Clear
Climate Code) experience,
and with suggestions and help from various quarters, Nick Barnes has written a
comment and is now soliciting signatures.  Please read it here:
