[ale] printing odd and even pages separately

Acroreader will do it but I would suggest doing it in lots of 20.  Do 20
odd then do the even. Work on the other 20.  Sometimes when you put
sheets back into a laser printer there could be feed issues.  If it
messes up in the middle of 20 you'll have less waste.
