[ale] tty1 vs tty2,3,4,etc

got it! append console=tty1 console-ttyS0,9600n8 to kernel line in grub.
Only the last console listed will accept input. So now a alt-sysrq-k will
not get passed to the console and try and kill init!

Yet. init will restart the getty. That's desired. But having the
/dev/console on the same device will try and do a kill -9 on init which will
panic.
