[ale] Spam methods

I've been getting some spam lately and I think some of ya'll would find
it interesting.

The spam I've been getting has been B2B type emails. Not scams. People
trying to sell us services or products but wish to do a broadcast email
over cold calling.

The first spam will be the pitch. It looks like a normal email and
legitimate. I typically ignore these or forward to someone that might
need what is being pitched.

The second spam is linked to the first. The sender sends a follow up to
their first email but puts a 'Re:' at the beginning of the subject. I
think the idea is that if you see the 'Re:' you'll assume it is in
response to an email you sent and will read it. Of course I've read a
few and do find the tactic intriguing.
