That URL is long and can potentially break in some readers. Hence, I

By default, when you click the IE launcher in the Quick Launch bar or
via the top of the Start menu, the 32-bit IE is launched. You have to
specifically launch the 64-bit version of IE if you want to use it. Or
set it to be the default browser.
