That ones dead too. No activity in 4 years and no activity on the
email list either. I saw at least one post that it was not ready for
production use. ie. The user could not get it to work.
I don't know if ALE has its own server, but adding several TB to it
might be cost effective and setting up a rsync server to hold the
backups is almost trivial.
Then for disaster recovery it would just be a matter of getting
physical access to the computer and downloading via USB or eSata.
