[ale] [OT] Ga. Power & the "Flat Rate Plan"

I don't want to delve too deeply into a political debate, but I'll admit that the neo-cons have several problems:

* They are huge spenders. Huge.
* They believe in very small taxes, regardless of how much they spend.
* Related to the above, they are okay with a large federal deficit and national debt.
* They do believe in completely unrestrained capitalism.

It's kind of the worst combination possible. Fiscally, I'm a conservative, so the neo-con mindset is very foreign to me.
