SELinux needs to be disable unless you are use to dealing with it.
SELinux needs to be told that it ok to run Apache. If not, it will not
run.

Have you tried SUSE Studio? Need to create a Live CD,  an app you want
to package and distribute , or create your own linux distro. Give SUSE
Studio a try. www.susestudio.com
