[ale] unusual global warming experiment

It may not sound right but the satellite data (UAH) for jan shows it
was a abnormally hot month globally.
Most of the abnormal heat was apparently over oceans. Ie. That 70
percent of the globe we don't think of much.
El nino is one partial cause.
