Not sure if it'll help, but they still have PCI - IDE cards, I believe 
SIIG still has them at Fry's or MicroCenter. There are SATA2IDE 
Adapters, not sure if there are any problems with them, never tried them 
myself. Check Newegg, I think is where I saw them.
