Uuuh... no you don't.

Land with the gear up on land -> break your airplane ( somewhere close
to $30K worth). Possibly hurt yourself.
Land with the gear down on water -> die ( in hideous airplane crash or
by drowning after hideous airplane crash).

This airplane will is designed to carry only about 300 lb *total* .
Putting more than that on board will make it hard to fly at best.
