Well, I know can access port :0 with openSUSE. To do it you would
launch YaST. Then under "Network Services", you click on Remote
Administration (VNC). Then Select "Allow Remote Administration", then
make sure you check "Open Port in Firewall". Then press "OK"

Have you tried SUSE Studio? Need to create a Live CD,  an app you want
to package and distribute , or create your own linux distro. Give SUSE
