[ale] ALE ale outing : attempts at socializing generally unsociable people

I'm taking a break from working volunteer at DCon this year, having
worked Tech Crew for past 2 years and EFF Track  for 2 years before  
that.

However, I'll be there on pass all day Saturday and will be presenting
on electronic voting issues at EFF Track at 1:00pm.  :-)
