[ale] Google Wave to dissipate

It was one of those neat ideas that took too long to explain. And that
was its fatal flaw. Besides, if you want to introduce other media into a
discussion, there are already ways to do that in e-mail and chat. The
real time aspect of it just showed how incoherent we all are when we're
trying to type out a thought.
