Seriously, I've thought for years that all elected officials should have
to wear a wire at ALL times.  They would have no indication of whether
anyone was listening at any given time.   Yeah, it's an invasion of
privacy.  Boo hoo.  I've read from "reliable" sources that there's no
Constitutional right to privacy  :-/
