[ale] Anybody get EVGA 'in D tube' going in Linux?

I got the 'in D tube' USB TV tuner and have pretty much given up using it 
in WinXP with the EVGA-supplied software. The hardware seems to work (and 
looks really cool &8-), but either the HW driver or the "TVEnhance" viewer 
crashes frequently and takes the whole setup with it! Some reviewers 
recommend 3rd-party SW, but a quick search put those at ~$100: clearly 
non-starters for me.

Has anyone tried this tuner in Linux, and what were the results? ANy 
suggestions? That could change the product from a pain to a genuine 
pleasure.
