[ale] Muting Threads on Gmail

If you use GMail keyboard shortcuts, type "m" when the message is
showing. The "Mute" item is also under the "More Actions" pulldown.
Maybe if you're using an "older version" of GMail or an unsupported
browser, that option does not appear in the menus. The keyboard
shortcut has been around for years though.
