[ale] new list notice

Well, both ale-jobs-request at mail.ale.org and ale-jobs-request at ale.org 
return errors.

ale-jobs-request at ale.org returns 550 550 5.1.1 
<ale-jobs-request at ale.org>... User unknown (state 14)
ale-jobs-request at mail.ale.org returns Probe failed: Illegal To: address 
(invalid domain name)

Replying to the sign up message sends an email using the @ale.org 
address and in the message itself it says to send an email to the 
@mail.ale.org address.
