This tells me it has already been loaded somewhere else. Probably a
php.conf file in a location that is included via wildcards like so:
Include /this/path/*.conf
or even more inclusive:
Include /this/path/*
In either event, it's the same thing.
Did you try the phpinfo.php trick from my earlier email? If that
works, PHP is fully functional and properly configured and we needed
to look elsewhere.
