[ale] php & apache2 on debian

Ok, I did some checking to see how phpmyadmin installs on debian. Try out
the instructions at the following link:
http://linux.justinhartman.com/Setting_up_a_LAMP_Server#phpMyAdmin_Installation
Looks like all you have left to do is tell Apache to include a config file
under /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf and restart apache.
