Well,  This is against FCC regulations.

LoL, I want one too but for other reasons.  I want to enjoy peaceful
rides in the car without my wife spending the whole time on her phone
with her sister or mom.  I can't listen to the radio!

You can buy these on eBay.  Look up cell jammer also google 'Wave
Bubble'
