I want my 13 months of 28 days each back! (with the remaining 1.25 days as a
global holiday.) AND I want the proper start to the new year to be on the
Spring Equinox instead of just after the Winter Solstice. Does anyone else find
it deflating to start a new year in the worst part of the year?

Tell that to the Chinese.

Easy. 2009.01.20

Hmmm.... that WOULD make me younger, so if 2009.01.20 is out, I'll second for
1969.07.20
