[ale] OT: Maglev funding?

Maglev is a propulsion system. Heavy rail is a track style like monorail.

Heavy rail is the two steel rail design used all over the US with
freight and many people mover systems. Light rail is also a two rail
design but the rail bed is designed to carry lighter loads.

Monorail is a track style that uses a single rail, raised track. By
not needing a "T" structure at the top of the uprights, the
construction costs are far lower than raised twin track. Raised track
doesn't require land right of ways. Most monorail systems use rubber
tires for rail contract so are much quieter than steel on steel
systems.
