[ale] OT: Charter to regroup under Chapter 11

Just saw a blurb on today's AJC pg2 business section that Charter is 
filing papers on April 1 for Ch. 11. It makes it sound like all share 
holders except Paul Allen are out. The AJC site has a few articles 
leading upto this one:

I have to admit though, this is the first I've heard anything about it. 
I guess it could be time to switch internet providers.
