The project I want to work on, in my huge amounts of spare time, is finding
one of those USB/mini-PCI adapters, and then acquiring an Intel card, and
mate those with my Asus WL-520GU router running *-WRT (flavor depends on my
mood).  Yeah, the $140 looks not too bad in comparison, but in my scenario I
control the inner workings of the router, not Clear/Motorola.
