[ale] Open Source Computer Based Learning programs

I'm looking for recomendations/suggestions for open sources education
software. If any of you know healthcare I'm looking for something simalar to
healthstream or netlearning.  The program will need to have  testing module
and be able to deliver PPT slides and streaming audio and video.

The kicker is idealy it needs to be able to be run by a non IT person.  This
is specificly to be used by a small rural hospital to provide training for
medical and nursing staff.
