ok, well, I almost figured it out.. I am using iceweasel, but I still
had a copy of the firefox-3.0 installed locally in my folders. It also
crashed. But I took a look in my add-ons, and uninstalled a bunch,
including ad-block and no-script. restarted firefox AND IT WORKED...
so one of the ad-ons was making firefox crash... now to do it with
iceweasel, and remove them one-at-a-time, to see which one IS the culprit..
