I looked (briefly) at the site and have a general understanding of what
their "product" does.
Essentially it provides a database backend for resumes with a search
function of names/email/etc that is exposed to Outlook. I doesn't
automagically insert data _into_ the database from an email in Outlook.
So an LDAP addressbook and Knowledgetree or Alfresco or Epiware are
appropriate substitutes. O3spaces will also work and it integrates with
OpenOffice.org directly.
