[ale] Anyone messed with any of the new embedded linux devices?

Hey everyone,
I was playing the role of dad tech support yesterday at Toys R us and after
getting the ds download station linked to my daughters ds I noticed they had
the EEE pc on display. Two of them both running the linux install.(wow no
windows)
I have to say no windows user would feel out of place. Xamian or whatever
its called really would be a good intro distro.

Seeing the EEE made me wonder has anyone on ALE gotten ahold of a G1? From a
linux perspective was do people think of the apache licensed "linux based"
os?

Is anyone on ALE developing apps or  modules (Does it even use modules?)
