[ale] bittorrent issues with Bellsouth

I use BellSouth and our connection is routinely dropped during uploads of >
20mb.  Bit me again last night when I tried to upload video of my daughter's
dance recital to youtube so my parents in California could see it.

Naturally I'll be switching soon...
