[ale] Oracle / Redhat heavy hitter?

All,

I talked to someone this morning that is looking for an Oracle expert
to do a root-cause-analysis on a Oracle failure they had last week.

They made backups of the system etc. and have the system back up and
running, but they don't want it to happen again.

They have 6 internal DBAs that have been looking at the issue, but
have not yet found the problem  (Could be anything hardware / software
/ patches / etc.)

They want to bring in a consultant to help them track this down.
