[ale] Two questions

I know we use a Dos boot disk with Ghost on it.
It has been a while, so I've forgotten what drivers are present to
talk to your target drive with. ie. Internal IDE only / USB /
Firewire / SATA / network drivers to mount a share / etc.
There are also more sophisticated options I'm sure.
