[ale] ICANN expands top level domain name options

So the creationists can't take the heat of a little creation in the virtual
world :) How ironic.

Thankfully the internet still has porn despite the censorship attempts.
Hopefully, when the politicos do the seated pop-bottle spin, it gets
captured and posted on the 'net!
