[ale] Indexing and searching very, very large Maildir

Ouch! Migrating will be a challenge. There is a tool for storing email
directly into postgresql called dbmail . Postgresql has limits based on
system architecture (64-bit) and drive space so the limits are way up there.

The challenge will be the migration.
