Not exactly a technical solution but a practical one.
Have one PIII 512MB that we use for ..... forgot. I should also have
some ~13 GB HDDs. Loads Ubuntu just fine.
Willing to donate. Person gets more out of eBay than the old laptop.
Must be picked up.
