[ale] question about hiring developers

I think the point of monster and sites like it are to generate  
revenue for their stockholders and investors. What I found on these  
sites is a sea of recruiters and resume harvesters. Monster and sites  
like it have not focused on individual job seekers' needs, but  
instead focused on where the money is coming from (job posters).  
Monster has also be less than proactive when it comes to ID theft.  
This is my opinion. I do not mean to besmirch an honest business, but  
this is just my limited experience with them.

Craigs, on the other hand, is a great tool. Simple and to the point.  
What you see is what you get. I admire those guys for the hard work  
they have done fighting the spammers.
