Yep - even rich people like George H.W. and Barbara Bush weren't able to
raise a kid worth much.  Of course in their defense you can't really
cure "stupid".  Luckily for Dubya they were rich enough to buy him out
legal and military troubles then buy him the Presidency.  

Ooops - Did I go OT like the dude that injected gun control into this

We could make the same argument for parenting as well..  Too many people

are 'armed' to produce offspring without considering the long term 
consequences.
