Nice, I've never been able to do that.  My reasons for retaining XP dual 
boot are:
Quicken (No I don't consider any of the Linux packages to be realistic 
replacements)
An Epson scanner.  Neither sane or vuescan support the negative 
film/slide scanning features nor do a reasonable job of OCR. 

I did notice my favorite tax program, TaxAct ran OK on wine.
