You left out a key adjective in your RTM quote. :p

Subject: [ale] Restoring Evolution
Hi All,
I know I should "Read the Manual", but I haven't made that a priority
yet. Let me know (with my wild ways) if I'm on the right path or not.
Before progressing into a newer version of the Fedora distro - I did the
"lazy-man backup" (surprise surprise). I have all my data on a separate
partition. I copied my important [dot] folders.
Now that I'm in the new distro I need to restore my Evolution settings
and mail files. I've copied the files over, but the Wizard still runs
requesting I create a profile. If I do create the profile will I lose
any data or connections?
