Ned,

I frequently get under my vehicle to check for
the attachment of tracking devices. I drive an
older vehicle so I don't have to worry about
RF tire pressure monitor non-sense.

I also do not have any speedpass for the 400
toll and I frequently take the battery out of
my cellphone or temporarily loan it to other
people to thwart intrusive government
surveillance.

I'm paranoid about my cellular carrier doing
an OTA update to my cellphone to turn on the
mic without my knowledge or permission and
hence, I take the countermeasure of having an
iPod with headphones constantly playing
podcasts into my phone.

I also use prepaid cellular telephones on
occasion when dealing with unsavory and
untrusted individuals.

John
