That, and they had all their eggs in one basket it seems.   Do they
deserve a second chance?  I suppose, but if you are in a situation
where you absolutely need uptime, then you (as they should have) need
a tested secondary solution.  I'll give anybody a second chance, but
that doesn't mean I have to rely 100% on them until they prove
themselves worthy.
