I believe Speedfactory is Tango Uniform. They had their phone numbers
go out Thursday. Not just the main number but the entire block of DID's
as well as fax + alternate 678 dial up numbers. My Internet connection
went down on Friday at 10:00 am and that's when I found the DID's out.
So I took a little drive up to the office and the single poor soul up
there let me know about the extended phone outage. He'd been promised
resolution by Thursday 8pm EDT. As of today, you cannot call them
locally. One has to call the CA number. I called the CA office Friday
and was told they were working on the issue and that a Tech VP would
call back. Riiigggghtt. You should have seen how many people walked
into their office Friday really peeved. So I had to go Bellsouth
Extreme. Not a perfect solution but I'm up.
