I think we are beyond the point of assuming hardware/backup problems,
and I think we are now seeing the ugly side of bad business.  Clearly
they have a transit issue, and no amount of internal hardware
redundancy can help them with that.  Nobody, and I've tested from all
over the place, has a route to SF.... which tells me that 1) they have
no friends left, 2) they are totally clueless, or 3) both.
