[ale] sound-juicer no tags

I gave up on sound-juicer for ripping CD's some time ago. It seemed to
be extremely slow. I now use the command line utility abcde. This will
grab cddb info, read the CD, normalize, tag and move the files. Each
step is highly configurable via abcde.conf file. I have it create flac
and mp3 files in a single pass. I use the flac files for backup and the
mp3 for portability.
