Except you won't need it.  OTOH, the only time I've ever needed warranty work it was fixed quickly and without hassle at an authorized repair place in Marietta/Smyrna.

Yeah, another vote for Brother.  My HL-5150DLT (not color) is solid, reliable, and very inexpensive to run; and unlike other printers it came with a standard yield cartridge.
