I just came across this article ( 
http://www.klfy.com/Global/story.asp?S=7380457 ) and thought about this 
thread. It appears Packet 8 is offering a service to allow mobile users 
to call international at cheap rates.

If you don't mind me asking, why do you have Comcast VOIP and Vonage ?
