[ale] OT: 36" TV Needs Solder, Free

If someone wants to pick it up in Stockbridge I have an RCA that I think is 30 
inches.  When you turn it on it powers up but before you get a picture there
is a light electronic pop and ti powers off, then tries again.  Repeatedly.

Also free to a good home.
