I am the Staff Engineer in the NOC here at Tandberg and can assure you
that having your resume posted on Monster is not grounds for dismissal.
Please keep in mind there are two sides to every story.
This is a great company to work for and I can vouch for John Clinton
both as a person and an engineer. He has done some really amazing
things with our monitoring systems.
The NOC here is growing and has some positions available as well at both
entry and senior levels. Please send me your resume if you are
interested.
Thanks.
Joe

Be sure you remove your resume from online if you accept a
position for
Tandberg... Simply having it online whether you're looking or not is
apparently grounds to be let go. As someone who has dealt with that
situation, although I was in the NOC not Operations.
