[ale] Comcast speeds

But there is nothing gaurentee you and Jim are on the same network hardware,
Different areas of town possibly? different network infrastructure between
the two of you and Comcast's edge point ( multiple edge points potentioally)
all sorts of device misconfiguration could be occurring here for one of you
and not the other...
